London is one of the biggest cities in the world with a population approaching 9 million. What’s more, it has 19 million visitors a year which makes it one of the most crowded cities on earth. Whatever the reason for their visit, all those 19 million people have one thing in common, and that is that they all have to find somewhere to stay, even if they are only visiting for a day. Did we mention the bar prices? Yes, London hotels have some very nice bars, but the prices are astronomical. Pub and bar prices are also higher than you would pay outside London, but nowhere near those of a hotel. What’s more, if you fancy a drink in your apartment you can always buy a bottle of wine or three and drink it “at home” rather than paying he minibar prices in your hotel room.
There are lots more advantages to luxury apartments in Mayfair, but another very big one is the cost. You will probably pay half the price of a hotel room and get double the space, which is another big benefit.
